I’m Allan Jackson’s niece, Trisha, and due to an inappropriate decision by other family members, Uncle Allan’s body has been “unclaimed.” People raised funds and did not use them for what was intended. I’m in the process of taking legal action to claim him and have him taken care of properly.
The funeral home will settle for $500 for the cremation. I have put $1,000 to cover the cremation and any possible miscellaneous expenses regarding taking care of him. Anything beyond the $500 that is raised will be documented as to its use or refunded back to donors. I in no way want anything out of this but to have my uncle resting in peace. It’s not right for family to do this to another family member. I can provide funeral home information if you’d prefer to contact or donate directly.
