Grace Richards Twombly, 77, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in Exeter, NH.

She was born on July 24, 1947 in Cedros, Trinidad to the late David and Ivy Joy (Dukran) Dookeran and was one of three children in her family.

Grace loved fishing and shrimping, and at one point even owned her own restaurant and a small fishing boat. She also devoted her heart and soul to elder care as a home health aide once she moved to the United States. She loved spending her time walking along the beach, and cooking for the ones she loved.

Grace had tremendous religious faith and was an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church Ministries.

She met her husband later in life, Kenneth M. Twombly Sr, and they married on August 18, 2020.

Grace is survived by her husband Ken of Kingston; her daughter, Amritaa Sadhu; and her brother Bobby Dookeran and his wife Jagdeau Persuad.

She is predeceased by her parents, daughter and brother.
