Support Gabriela Batalla’s Funeral Expenses By Mariana Pena

Hello. Unfortunately, we are helping create this fundraiser to help our family raise money for Gabriela Batalla’s Funeral expenses. Her parents have become too ill to work and financially support any of the expenses in these dark times. Gabriela was still living at home doing her best to help financially support them. Let us tell you a little bit about who Gaby was. She was a daughter, a best sister and a great friend. She loved all of Gods animals. Not only was she caring but she had a heart of gold. She loved anime, wrestling, Supernatural, Funko Pops, Bob Burgers, Futurama and more. The best times we had were competing amongst siblings on who wins or is better at playing Nintendo Switch Mario Party or Mario Karts. She would always care for her youngest sister and mother. It was heartbreaking news when we found out God called another Angel to come home. May she rest in Paradise. She was so innocent and lived in a world that took advantage of it. She was a very quiet and sweet peron. Gaby was always thinking about family and was so selfless. We will always have you in our Thoughts, Heart and Prayers. This is Gaby’s little sister typing now. I’m 17 and my sister won’t be there when I graduate. She won’t read my first novel. I lost my sister and my first ever best friend. Gaby was a wonderful person, but the world was unfair to her. She met people who took advantage of her good will and introduced her to things she wasn’t supposed to take. She was scared and ashamed of herself because of this and avoided me and her family. Bottling up her feelings and health until her body couldn’t take it anymore. I did so many things with her. We watched anime, Netflix, played video games and now I will watch anime and Netflix alone. Play video games on my own because my player 2 is gone and she’ll never come back to me. Everyday will be a reminder. Everytime I pass her room, see her shoes, look at her glasses and I will always be reminded of what the world took away from me. What everyone took away from me. She suffered so much on her deathbed. She died surrounded by tubes and medical wires. While her family waited hopefully outside. And when we heard the words “she died” I felt like I was in a nightmare I was desperate to wake up from. But I never woke up. I woke up to her empty bed instead. I only hope she is in a better place with better people and with no pain or shame left. She will be waiting in heaven happy and painless for all of us. Thank you for taking the time to read and donate to our family.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
