Dear friends, family & kind-hearted strangers, it is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the sudden and unexpected passing of Aaron Proia, beloved son of Kathy Proia.
Aaron was more than a son; he was a light in the lives of those who knew him. His warmth, kindness, and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone around him. His passing has left a hole in the hearts of his loved ones, especially his mother, who is now facing the unimaginable grief of losing her child.
No parent is ever prepared to say goodbye to their child, especially not so suddenly. Along with the emotional devastation, Kathy is now facing the financial burdens that often come with unexpected loss: Funeral expenses and costs associated with settling her son’s affairs.
Kathy has used what little she had saved for retirement to cover immediate costs. This fundraiser has been created to help relieve some of that financial burden so she and Aaron’s loved ones can focus on healing.
