In Memory of Daniela Maldonado: Funeral Support By Janet Sanchez

My name is Janet Sanchez, the daughter-in-law of Daniela Maldonado. On June 9th, 2025, Daniela and her daughter Kalere were in a tragic car accident that took Daniela from this world much too soon.

Daniela was a remarkable and beautiful woman who placed her family before herself and worked hard for them everyday. She was a devout Christian woman who’s faith in the Lord never waivered even through countless trials and tribulations. No matter the event Daniela always found it in her heart to pray for anyone and their family always. In addition to her faith and her work, she enjoyed growing a variety of plants and flowers, spending precious time with her family playing games, talking/joking with family and friends, and cooking for anyone who was hungry.

She leaves behind her husband, Antonio; 4 sons, Anthony (wife Janet), Jason, Andy, Roy; 3 daughters, Amy (husband Joseph), Kalere, Kelly; 2 grandchildren Lilliana and Jacob; as well as her brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

Due to the unforeseen circumstance of her passing, Daniela’s family is struggling to cover funeral costs. If you can find it in your heart to donate, you can donate either here on the fundraiser, or directly to the Good Shepherd Funeral Home in Rome, Georgia (information listed below). All funds will be used for all aspects of her funeral service, and to help Daniela to her final resting place.

Daniel’s funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th, 2025 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 2PM with the service following shortly after.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
