Hi, my name is Ces Dela Cruz. It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved uncle Ramir Reyes on June 10th, 2025.
He was a hardworking and loving father. He was also the person that his neighbors go to for help whether it is to fix something in their house or to talk to when things are tough.
I’m raising funds for his medical bills and funeral expenses because his family is not capable of paying for it.
Ramir has been bedridden for years, and his wife, Emerita Reyes, has been the sole provider for their family’s daily needs and his medical needs for a few years now. They have two kids, and both are still in school. Emerita is a manicurist in the Philippines who earns $8-10 a day. She also does laundry for other people as her side hustle. They barely make ends meet, and now they have a pile of debt on their shoulders.
Hi family are left heartbroken, and unprepared for the financial burden that comes with saying a proper goodbye.
We are starting this fundraiser to help cover a portion of the medical and funeral expenses. Our goal is to give Ramir the farewell he deserves—a peaceful service filled with love, dignity, and remembrance.
