Honoring Ruben Villafuerte’s Memory and Life By Diana Cervantes

In Loving Memory of My Brother, Ruben Villafuerte.

With a heavy heart, I share the passing of my brother, Ruben Villafuerte, who died at the age of 35. His journey through life was not an easy one he struggled with homelessness and addiction, but he was so much more than his circumstances. He was a person full of hope, humor, kindness, and love, even in his darkest moments.

Our family loved him deeply, and while he faced many battles, he never stopped being our brother, our son, our friend. His life mattered, and we want to remember him with the dignity and respect he deserved, not for how he died, but for who he was.

We are asking for help to cover the costs of his funeral and memorial. We want to lay him to rest with peace, and any support you can give, whether through a donation, sharing this page, or keeping us in your thoughts means more than words can say.

Thank you for your compassion during this painful time. We hope that by sharing his story, we can honor not just his memory, but also the humanity of so many others who face similar struggles.

With love,

Villafuerte Family
