Unfortunately, Mrs. Tina passed away very unexpectedly on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She had been in an assisted living facility due to losing her leg because of diabetes, but she had been doing amazing. Her sons talked to her Friday night, and she was fine. The facility said she was straightening up her area, then all of a sudden, she said she couldn’t breathe and fell to the floor. They tried everything they could to save her, but she was gone that fast.
Anyone who knows the family knows we just laid her husband, Mr. Russ (in the photo with her), to rest only 5 months ago. Mr. Russ and Mrs. Tina have 3 sons, 2 of whom lived with them in the family home. Unfortunately, they had to leave the home because, even though the family lived in the same house since 1985, they didn’t own it. As soon as Mr. Russ passed in December, the landlord wanted them out. The sons weren’t even given the option to transfer the lease to their names. So now, every penny they can get is going to paying for a room to keep a roof over their heads so they don’t have to live on the streets.
So now, all within 5 months, they have lost their father, become homeless, and now lost their mother. If there is anything anyone can help with to just help lay Mrs. Tina to rest, we are just trying to have her cremated and bring her home with her husband. Nothing big, nothing fancy. Anything will help us more than you know. We greatly appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read this far.
