Born in May of 1982, passed on May 24th of 2025. Justin was a good friend to all who came in contact with him. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Winans, Sr., and his mother, Una Winans. He is survived by two siblings, Leonard G. Winans, Jr., and Rebecca Winans. All proceeds will go towards the funeral expenses due to the fact that he had no life insurance.
