Hello, I am reaching out to our community for support in these troubling times. It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Cheryl Lynn Smith, a community member, wife, mother, sibling, friend and much more.
Cheryl L. Smith’s life was marked by love and compassion, as evident throughout her career in the Head Start program and more recently as a Housing Advocate with Lakeshore CAP. She took pride in her work and was a guiding light for many, touching generation after generation, aiding families through hardships, and creating a foundation of love and care within our family.
We want to honor her legacy of love and compassion by providing her with a beautiful service and a comfortable final resting place. Her service will be held on June 13, 2025. To do so, we’re raising $15,000 to cover the costs of her service and burial, and we’re asking for your support and care to help us do so.
Every dollar donated will be used to honor her and preserve the memories she left behind. Even a dollar will contribute to making this day even greater.
